“Hope – A feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen.” – (Oxford Dictionary definition)
The Children’s Home of Jefferson County’s Hope Campaign features the hopes and dreams of children placed in Foster Care. A child’s ability to hope is often what helps them build a foundation of strength and resiliency. Hope sparks positive change in a child’s life.
May is National Foster Care Month. Please join us in honoring these special children in care and the dedicated Foster and Adoptive Families who help make their dreams come true every day. Please also take a few moments to view these children’s cherished hopes and dreams as presented here in their own words and drawings.
